(15cmFmABCDE) Zephyranthes candida. Lovely white yellow anthered erect crocus like flowers come forth in summer and autumn. This is a fine clumping plant with narrow needle like soft dark green foliage. Bulbs about 25mm wide develop and multiply greatly in little time. Great as a border, in a rockery or pot. There are about 70 species of Zephyranthes all from the Americas. Full sun or part shade.
