(40cmAbcD) Kaempferia pulchra ‘Silver Spot’ has large attractive dark green leaves speckled with silver spots which will grab your attention. Pinkish cream summer to autumn flowers are 4cm across and set this one off. They grow on a rhizome and go dormant in the winter only to shoot forth in spring with its colourful leaves. Not for very cold winter areas unless in a glasshouse or similar. Loves moisture and shade in warmer months.
