HOYA ‘SILVER SCHILLACI’

(C) Hoya publicalyx ‘Silver Schillachi’. We gave this nickname 25 years back after the famous and beautiful grey racehorse Schillaci. Selected for the high proportion of silver streaks in its leaf markings. Lovely large clusters of velvety red wax flowers in spring and summer. Very hardy and can dry out a little between waterings. Needs to be under well lit hard shelter in winter in all climates except tropical where shade cloth is OK. All Hoyas enjoy morning sun. Like all our Hoyas usually sent 30cm long on a 70mm diameter pot.
