Hoya longifolia shepherdii

(Vine AbcD) Will provide you with the most unusual long (10cm) narrow dark green leaves that hang like string beans in an attractive cascading effect. The flowers are smallish in clusters of 15 plus and white to pale pink and furry edged with a white crown and a dark pink centre. Suited to patio shadehouse or indoors, Hoyas like to dry out a little between waterings and don’t require too much moisture during winter. Reasonably cold hardy if kept in a warm protected spot and dry in winter. Native to India & Burma Hoya longifolia shepherdii will grow in dull conditions but requires better light for flowering.
