The dark green leaves are like broad thick straps and are a feature in their own right radiating out from a stout single stem. Native to not only rainforest of coastal NSW Nth of Newcastle, SE QLD , NT and Lord Howe Island. Crinums are hardy plants that can survive a moderate frost. We suggest in areas of moderate frost give it plenty of overhead protection. Very adaptable they love moisture and grow well and flower under heavy shade or full sun.
