(2mAbcD) Clerodendrum ugandense will give you eyecatching butterfly shaped big anthered flowers in two tones of blue in summer and autumn. The flowers are in terminal sprays and do look just like butterflies in the wind. This is an attractive open bush with arching branches and is more tolerant of cold than most Clerodendrums. Native to Eastern Africa it is suited to warm frostfree areas. Full sun. Small plant. Sent in 50mm pots.
